    Prepared thin sections for Euphemia Photos's study of material from the Kalavasos-Tenta burial pits (acknowledged by Todd as Dr. C. Xenophontos of the Geological Survey of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources).

    Co-author (Elliott, Xenophontos, Malpas) of 'Petrographic and Mineral Analyses Used in Tracing the Provenance of Late Bronze Age and Roman Basalt Artefacts from Cyprus', RDAC 1986, pp. 80-96; a 1988 Levant paper by Xenophontos, Elliott and Malpas reaches the view that many basalt artefacts could come from Levantine flows, cited in the Sargon-stele discussion.
