Life and work
- 1988With Vassos Karageorghis (Director of Antiquities) and Marion True (Curator of Antiquities, J. Paul Getty Museum) proposed the collaborative initiative that became the Getty Conservation Institute / Department of Antiquities Project on Mosaics Conservation at Paphos (1988-89, the Orpheus mosaic). Luis Monreal, GCI Director, then organised a meeting in Cyprus in June 1988 to define the scope.
