This series holds the expedition's photographic record: 121 folders and 7,167 pages of roll lists, inventories, contact prints and prints, 1934–1954. The negatives were not scanned. Most folders are filed by photographer. George H. McFadden's make up more than half: his rolls of 1934–1953, contact prints of rolls 22–176, prints of films 1–176 and of the Kaloriziki rolls, and oversize prints. J. F. Daniel's cover 1934–1948, with prints of the city site and of Bamboula in 1938, 1939 and 1948. There are folders by DeCoursey Fales for "the Palace" and the theatre, by Virginia Grace for Bamboula and other sites in 1938–1942, by Saul S. Weinberg for his study of Bamboula in 1951, and by G. Roger Edwards, D. H. Cox and others in 1953–1954, some in colour.

A second group is filed by subject: excavation views and objects from Bamboula, Kaloriziki, the Apollo sanctuary, "the Palace" baths, St Anne and St Hermogenes, the mosaics, the water system (filed for J. S. Last's publication), Sotira, unidentified sites, aerial views and plans. Grace supplied photographs for McFadden's 1946 report on the Ayios Ermoyenis tombs, and Benson's Bamboula volume combined photographs by Daniel, Edwards, Benson and others. As the Penn Museum notes, some items in the collection document human remains.
