This series holds the expedition's catalogues and lists of finds, dated 1939–1948 in the finding aid: 21 folders and 862 pages. The first folder sets out the recording and numbering system used on the object cards. The rest are lists by site: tombs and settlement at Bamboula; miscellaneous lists for Bamboula and the Kaloriziki cemetery; sherds from Bamboula and from the trenches and "the Palace" on the city site; objects from Kaloriziki and "Paleokastro" (August 1939), from the basilica and the stadium, from "the Palace" baths (December 1948), from St Hermogenes (Ayios Ermoyenis), and from the Apollo sanctuary and St Anne (December 1939). There are three folders of coins, numbered C1–C4534, two folders of finds from the Apollo sanctuary abstracted from George H. McFadden's notebooks, a list of stamped amphora handles, and a list of objects to be treated.

The finds were divided between the Cyprus Museum, the University Museum and Curium House at Episkopi, and two folders hold the division and packing lists for the Cyprus Museum and for the University Museum. Robert Scranton, writing up the sanctuary's architecture, noted how much McFadden had recorded in the inventories of finds.
