- 5 January 1927As Curator of Classical Art wrote to W. J. Woodhouse (Sydney) that the Met had selected 23 Cypriote objects (glass, sculpture, vases, terracottas) priced $342.00, charged $290.70 (the equivalent of 60 pounds) after a 15 per cent discount for public institutions; shipped by brokers Tice and Lynch; also sent Myres's Handbook in exchange for Nicholson catalogues.
