    PhD thesis 'Ancient Cyprus in Leeds: objects, networks and museums from 1870 to 1947' (University of Leeds): classifies the Leeds Museums and Galleries Cypriot collection and traces its acquisition itineraries: Consul Sandwith's collection and John Holmes's promotion of it (1870-90), the BM donation from the Enkomi and Klavdhia-Tremithos excavations (1890-1910), the Bodington (1913) and Stott (1920) donations, and the 1920s purchase from the British Empire Exhibition (William Bevan).
