  1. 1951–1954
    Ethel M. Hunter, with T. B. Mitford, directed the 1953 Asproyi and Kaminia excavations at Palaepaphos and assisted at Evreti; she wrote an unpublished Glasgow dissertation on Asproyi and Kaminia, from which Catling's 2020 publication draws the tomb descriptions.

  2. 1969
    Excavation began at the Neolithic settlement of Ayios Epiktitos-Vrysi by an expedition of the Universities of Birmingham and Glasgow under E. J. Peltenburg and P. S. Gelling; from 1972 the dig was carried out on behalf of Glasgow under Peltenburg alone. Houses stood in places to 4 m.

    After 1974 several foreign projects that had dug in the north, Peltenburg at Vrysi among them, moved to new sites in the south; Peltenburg's went to Lemba.

    Lemba Archaeological Project under Peltenburg, listed in the 1976 news as Glasgow's; excavations at Chalcolithic Lemba-Lakkous continued annually in 1976-80.

    Sydney Cyprus Survey Project, directed by A. B. Knapp, intensive survey of the north-central Troodos foothills (Politiko, Mitsero); described in 1997-98 as under Knapp of the University of Glasgow. It began at Macquarie University and moved with Knapp to Glasgow.
