Cypriot antiquities official and archaeologist, active 1998–2017. Excavated at Nicosia (Palaion Demarcheion). Worked with Benjamin Costello IV; wrote with Vassos Karageorghis and Marie-Louise von Wartburg.
Life and work
- December 1998Paper on Ohnefalsch-Richter's five Greek articles in the periodical Hesperos, read at the 22nd British Museum Classical Colloquium (December 1998); printed 2001. It recovers five articles (1884) and a short 1881 correspondence unrecorded in the bibliography, and discusses the sale of the Larnaca 'Artemis' statue to Vienna (600 francs to Ohnefalsch-Richter).
