Description:

Pottery Black-on-Red ware jug; wheel-made; globular body; neck modelled in the form of a human face. Made of fine buff clay covered with a lustrous slip and decorated in lustrous black paint: three-stroke motif and groups of concentric circles beneath the neck, horizontal bands around the body. Surface pitted and chipped in places.
