Description:

Pottery flask or juglet in black-on-red ware; globular body with a narrow neck flaring to a wide, everted rim; arching handle from shoulder to neck-ridge; flat base, slightly indented in the centre; pink-buff clay and matt orange-red slip, decorated in black paint: black bands on the body and neck; slip badly eroded in places, rim chipped.
