Description:

Pottery juglet or perfume flask in Black-on-Red ware; globular body with a narrow neck flaring to a trumpet mouth; flat base; arching handle from shoulder to neck-ridge; buff-pink clay with an orange-red slip decorated in black paint: bands on the body and neck, a pair of concentric circles on the shoulder opposite the handle; surface pock-marked and calcinated.
