Description: | Pottery Base Ring II ware bull rhyton; hand-made; lower face forms tubular spout with hole through mouth; applied pellets for eyes, added horns and ears; circular hole for mouth of vessel on the back of bull's head with strap handle from rim to mid back; dewlap and tail moulded in relief; decorated with painted white stripes down body and head; traces of thin, matt mottled red-brown slip; fabric medium brown.
