Description:

Pottery Base Ring II ware bull rhyton; hand-made; lower face forms tubular spout with hole through mouth; applied pellets for eyes; circular hole for mouth of vessel on shoulder of bull, with strap handle from rim to rear of vessel; dewlap and tail moulded in relief; decorated with painted white stripes down body and head; thin, matt mottled brown slip; fabric medium brown with grey core; ends of horns missing;
