Red-On-Black Ware Jug
Pottery jug in Red-on-black Ware; handmade; globular body with round base and long, narrow neck with flared rim; round handle from rim to shoulder; made with buff clay with a dark, brown polished slip; painted red decoration, now very worn and faded consists of groups of short parallel lines repeated in a chequerboard pattern over the entire surface including the neck and shoulder.
