History
- 1937–1938Vounous Tomb 139 vessels (Red Polished I-III) are in the Manchester Museum. They come from J. R. B. Stewart's 1937-38 Vounous excavation, whose finds were divided among several museums.

- c. 1990–c. 1995Dr John Prag installed the museum's Mediterranean gallery in the early 1990s, which showed Cypriot material by area and period under a large model of the Kyrenia shipwreck. The upgraded ancient world display no longer does so (Kiely 2017).
