Description:

Small pottery jar or tumbler in Bichrome ware; wheel-made; swelling convex body on a slightly raised base, concave underneath; thick flattened lip, chamfered slightly inwards; buff clay and cream-white slip, decorated in red and black paint: broad and narrow bands on the body; paint worn in many places.
