Description:

Pottery spouted jug in Bichrome ware; wheel-made; globular-ovoid body on a low foot; conical neck with a plain spout; arching handle from shoulder to rim; short conical spout on the shoulder; pale buff clay and slip, decorated in red and black paint: horizontal bands on the body, short bars on the handle, area around spout painted as a triangular patch bordered with black lines, two large eyes on the shoulder each side of this triangle.
