Description:

Pottery oinochoe or jug in White Painted ware; globular-ovoid body with narrow neck flaring outwards to a trefoil mouth; pale yellowish-white clay with a cream slip decorated in black paint: bands around the neck, ladder pattern on the handle, chevrons and swastikas on body, curved stroke beneath base of handle, a pair of eyes on the mouth.
