Excavation at Idalion Acropolis, box and stones

Description
A vertical face of excavated soil rises across the frame, with a band of rubble stones and a cluster of pale stone blocks set into it. Stone walling runs down the left edge, and a low trench floor sits in the foreground, where a dark wooden box rests against the left wall. Loose stones and spoil lie on the right, and a dark marker stick stands at the top of the soil face.
