Description

A vertical face of excavated soil at Idalion Acropolis, with pale and dark earth layers and many small stones scattered through it. About halfway down, a band of broken pottery lies embedded in the soil, including what look like a jug and a small bowl. Sky fills the top of the frame and the ground surface runs along the bottom edge.
