Description

A crowded interior with a barrel-vaulted ceiling of exposed beams and whitewashed walls, hung with embroidered textiles, framed pictures and plates. Many men, women and children stand and sit closely together, some blurred by movement. At the right, a striped-cloth table holds dishes of food, and a tall ornate cabinet stands against the back wall.
