Stones at Idalion Acropolis during excavation

Description
A close view of excavated masonry at the Idalion acropolis: rough stone walls run across the upper part of the frame, with large fallen blocks and smaller rubble stones spread across the foreground. A dark gap or cavity opens in the centre-left beneath the stonework, and loose soil edges the lower right. No people are shown, and the stones are shown in place as they were uncovered.
