Excavated stone wall and fallen stone blocks at Idalion Acropolis

Description

A rubble-stone wall rises across the top of the frame above a tumble of large, flat-topped limestone blocks arranged in rough steps. In the foreground, broken stone and crumbling debris lie among loose soil, and excavated earth edges the scene on the left. No people are present, and the view is taken straight across the excavated area.
