- 1782At Kition with the British consul de Vezin he bought a Latin dedication to Nerva from a Greek's house in the Saline village for Ainslie; de Vezin found another stone (Tiberius Claudius Hyllus) and bought a Zeus Keraunios base; Sestini was commissioned by Ainslie to form a collection, chiefly of coins
