    Sophia Walker gave glass said to derive from the Ohnefalsch-Richter and Cesnola excavations in Cyprus, to the college museum after 1893.

  2. 1902
    Dana Estes (1840-1909), American publisher, bequeathed his collection, chiefly Cypriot terracottas, to Bowdoin College. Part of it came from the Lawrence-Cesnola sale of 1892 (lots 401, 402, 407 and others). Masson dates the bequest 1902 and notes Kevin Herbert's published terracotta article and catalogue.

    Kevin Herbert published Ancient Art in Bowdoin College. A Descriptive Catalogue of the Warren and other Collections (Cambridge, Mass.), with many Cypriot references; an earlier catalogue is Henry Johnson's Descriptive Catalogue of the Art Collections of Bowdoin College (Brunswick, 1906).
