Search for intact tombs in an archaic cemetery was unsuccessful. Rescue of a much-looted Bronze Age cemetery: a complex of intercommunicating tombs planned; earlier furniture broken up and levelled under a floor for Late Bronze Age reuse; four chambers' lower layers excavated, yielding great quantities of Red Polished IV pottery.

    Directed by P. Dikaios[1]
