Bowl

Bowl: A small bowl in two fragments. The bowl has two vertical handles, a slightly flared rim and a low stemmed foot. The cup is in White Painted II type of decoration of two plain dark brown bands on the exterior body. The rim, the foot and the handles are also painted in dark brown.The interior centre of the cup is all painted in dark brown. The clay is gritty buff brown evenly fired and soft. The cup has been joined up by sherds but the two main fragments have not been pieced together. (Overall: 75 mm x 92 mm) - Made of Pottery Culture: Cypro-Geometric II
