Description:

Pottery stirrup jar in Proto-White Painted ware; wheel-made; depressed globular-biconical body on a small conical foot; buff clay and slip, decorated with matt black paint: lower body, foot and false-neck is solid; concentric bands around the shoulder, above which are lattice and hatched triangles on the shoulder; short strokes on the handles; concentric circle on the false-mouth.
