Pottery Bucchero Wheel-made ware small jug; wheel-made; round mouth; stepped vertical rim; narrow cylindrical neck; ridge at neck to body join; slightly piriform body; ring base; vertical strap handle from rim to shoulder; body decorated with vertical ridges formed by shaving excess clay from body whilst vessel in leather-hard stage; self-slipped and burnished to a slight lustre; surface and clay dark grey.
