Pottery Plain White Wheelmade Ware jug; wheel-made; globular body; slightly concave neck; round mouth with slightly flaring flattened rim; handle with oval profile from rim to shoulder; four incised notches on rim opposite handle and potmark identical to Roman numeral X on top of handle; X potmark possibly pre-firing and notches post-firing; light brown surface; self-slipped.
