Cream Slip Juglet
Pottery juglet in White Slip ware; hand-made; ovoid-spherical body on a flat base; tall narrow neck with a flaring rim; strap handle from shoulder to med-neck; made of course buff clay covered with a thick cream-coloured slip and decorated with orange-brown paint: wavy line on the lip, bands of horizontal zones and lozenges on the neck, vertical ladder-motifs filled with hatching or hatched lozenges on the body; surface worn in places.
