Description:

Bichrome Wheel-Made pottery tankard-style jug with depressed globular body, cylindrical neck, everted horizontal rim and ring base; oval handle from rim to shoulder; painted decoration is in brown, red and white; the motifs include zigzags and rings under the rim, a panel of birds on the neck and running spirals and parallel rings on the shoulder. The rim and handle are also painted.
