A excavated trench with steep, stony earth banks behind it. Several pale stone pieces lie partly embedded in the soil across the middle of the cut, some rounded like heads and others longer like bodies. Some pieces look broken, and the surrounding ground is loose and uneven.

Description, scan 2
A trench cut into compact brown soil, with a steep earth face rising behind it. Pale stone fragments, including rounded pieces that could be heads and elongated pieces like limbs, are partly exposed among stones and loose soil in the centre and right of the trench. Most of the fragments are still embedded in the ground, and the surrounding surface is largely unexcavated.
