Description

Two joined panels show a bare, stony hilltop with scattered low scrub. About fifteen men in light shirts and hats stand and crouch across the slope, and a few more are spread over the right-hand part of the hill. Beyond, a flat plain stretches to a cluster of buildings and low hills on the horizon.

Description, scan 2
A wide panoramic view of a bare, stony hilltop at Idalion, with about fourteen people in light clothing and hats spread across the slope, some standing and some crouching among the scrub. Beyond the hill lies a flat valley with a town of houses and a church-like tower in the distance, under a pale sky.
