Description

Viewed from above, a cluster of pottery lies on the floor of an excavated cut in earth and rock. Several jugs, bowls and dishes, some whole and some broken into sherds, are grouped against the back wall. The cut walls are rough and show tool marks, and no people are working in the scene.
