Life and work

  1. 1989–1991
    Danish Akamas Project of the University of Aarhus, directed by Hans Erik Mathiesen and Jane Fejfer, surveyed and excavated near the two chapels of Ayios Kononos on the Akamas peninsula: a Late Roman villa rustica (4th c.), an Early to Middle Byzantine farmstead-turned-town (5th-6th c.) and a late 6th-century three-aisled basilica; abandoned c. AD 700-800.
