    As director of the Revue archéologique, received from Georges Colonna-Ceccaldi his 'album de photographies chypriotes' (Colonna-Ceccaldi's letter of 11 Feb. 1873 asks Clermont-Ganneau whether 'Mr Dumont' had handed it over; Masson found no trace of the album) and published Colonna-Ceccaldi's article on a Golgoi bas-relief, presented as a 'Lettre adressée à M. A(lbert) Dumont' and followed by a notice by Dumont (Rev. arch. 1873, I, pp. 159-165).
