An underwater survey of the submerged harbour of Amathus reported in 2022, carried out by students and researchers of Aix-Marseille University and the University of Cyprus under J. Gatt's coordination.
The project
Students and researchers from Aix-Marseille University and the University of Cyprus surveyed the submerged harbour of Amathus in work coordinated by J. Gatt and reported in 20221. The survey was funded by the Honor Frost Foundation and used to test underwater data services1. The harbour lies under water at a maximum depth of four metres2.
