Bichrome Trefoil Jug
Pottery jug in Bichrome ware; ovoid body on a flat base; wide, slightly concave neck with a trefoil mouth; handle from shoulder to rom; buff clay and reddish-buff slip, decorated with black and purple-red paint: horizontal bands around the body and neck, groups of short strokes on the lip, red stripe along handle, around the shoulder are five motifs consisting of three lines converging at one end; surface of vase very worn in places.
