Description:

Pottery juglet or perfume flask in Black-on-Red ware; depressed globular body with a narrow neck and flaring trumpet mouth; arched handle from shoulder to neck-ridge; broad, slightly convex base; buff-pink clay with a red-orange slip, decorated in black paint: parallel bands on the body and neck, concentric circles and swastikas on the shoulder and a ladder pattern on the handle; mouth damaged and surface worn in places.
