Description:

Pottery flask or juglet in White Painted ware; globular body tending towards barrel shape, with rounded base and nipples on each side flanking the handle; narrow neck and flaring trumpet mouth with rounded rim; arching handle from shoulder to neck; buff-cream clay and slip, decorated in matt brown paint: concentric circles on the sides and base, bands on the neck, ladder pattern on the handle; a singe swastika in free-field below the neck.
