Description:

Pottery spouted jug in Bichrome ware; globular-biconical body on a low, flaring foot; wide concave neck with everted rim; basket strap handle straddling the rim; narrow tubular spout on shoulder; orange-red clay with a cream slip decorated with brown and purple paint; bands of paint on the foot, belly and neck; large hatched triangles on shoulder; thick parallel strokes on the handle.
