Description

A stippled drawing in ink of a fibula, a brooch with an arched bow that rises from a rounded knob at the left to a coiled loop at the right, joined by a straight foot along the bottom. Dotted shading gives the bow a rounded, tubular profile. A short handwritten number lies in the open space inside the bow, on a pale sheet with a thin border.
