Bronze horse-trappings (I:835)

Description
A flat, elongated bronze plate drawn in fine stippled dots on a pale ground, standing upright. A narrow upper section with a raised central ridge widens into a rounded, shoulder-like body that tapers to a broad rounded base. A lentil-shaped raised boss sits in the middle, and several small rivet holes are spaced around the edges.
