Description

A rectangular plaque with rounded corners is drawn in dark ink, its surface covered with small dark dots. Two circular rings sit near the top edge, the larger on the left and the smaller on the right, each shaded with dots around its rim. A faint horizontal line crosses the middle, and a number label appears in the lower left corner of the pale card.
