Description

A wide view looking out over a village of low white houses spreading across the valley to the left. On a rocky knoll in the middle distance stands a whitewashed church with a small bell tower, and wooded hills rise behind it. In the foreground a flat-roofed house and a stone wall run across the lower part of the frame, with bare trees and a two-storey building with an arched doorway on the right.
