BA small finds, pendant (J.1222)

Small find from Idalion: a tapering pendant with a flat base, shown on a card mount — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C05950a. Public domain (CC0).

Description

An elongated object with a narrow, rounded upper end and a broader flat base, its surface grey with pale patches and a small pale spot near the top. It is centred upright on a pale card, with a handwritten number label in blue ink beneath it. The blurred view makes the surface detail hard to read.
