Terracotta lamp, a rounded open vessel with a dark interior, shown on a grey background — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C05949cx. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A rounded terracotta object with a wide, open top and a dark, smooth interior, photographed from slightly above against a grey backdrop. The outer surface is pale and finely pitted, with small dark spots and a rough, chipped area along the upper left rim. No spout, nozzle or handle is visible, so the lamp form cannot be confirmed from this view.
