Description, scan 2
A close photograph of an oval, slightly convex object with a broad raised rim and a smooth central field. Inside the field a dark curved line runs across the lower left, with a vertical line and a small dark mark to the right, which may be parts of a figure or pattern. The print is grey and low in contrast, mounted on a cream card with a border.
Description, scan 3
An oval, scarab-shaped object is seen from above against a grey background, its convex surface worn and pitted. A horizontal groove crosses the middle, a vertical line divides the lower half, and a short mark sits above the crossing. Circle or figure decoration cannot be clearly distinguished in this photograph.
