Amathus T. 2-26

Blurred photograph of an unidentified find from Amathus, tombs 2-26, mounted on a pale card — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C04321l. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A small square print mounted on a pale card with a wide margin. The print shows a very out-of-focus, irregular mass with dark, crusty edges and a paler centre, roughly rounded and about the size of a hand-held object. No clear form, surface detail or bone shapes can be made out, so the find cannot be identified.
